1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. 1.2. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1. Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable. 2.2. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. 3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

4.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 4.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
